Chapter 1: General Provisions





Article 1 [Purpose]


These Terms and Conditions are between the Company and Members in relation to the subscription conditions and use of the educational information service (hereinafter “Service”) provided by CGBUMP (hereinafter “Company”) and its customers (hereinafter “Members”). The purpose is to stipulate rights, obligations, and responsibilities.





Article 2 [Definition]


① The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
1. “User” refers to “members” and “non-members” who access the website of the “Company” and use the “content” and various services provided by the “Company” in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. “Member” refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the company by accessing the company’s website and agreeing to these terms and conditions and has been given an ID and can continuously use the information and services provided by the company. says:

4. “ID” refers to a combination of letters or numbers determined by the member and approved by the company for member identification and service use.
5. “PASSWORD” refers to a combination of letters or numbers determined by the member to confirm that the member matches the ID when using the service and to protect the member’s personal information.
6. “Email” refers to mail via the Internet or mail using electronic media.
7. “Operator (Administrator)” refers to a person or company selected by the company for the overall management and smooth operation of the service.
8. “Member’s posting” refers to information such as text, images, various files and links, and various comments posted by members on the website where the company’s services are provided.
② Definitions of other terms other than those specified in each item of the preceding paragraph shall be governed by trade practices and relevant laws and regulations.





Article 3 [Provision of company identity information, etc.]


The company posts the company name, representative name, address, main phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, personal information manager, etc. on the home screen of the website so that users can easily see them. .





Article 4 [Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions]


① These terms and conditions are effective for all members who wish to use the service.


② These terms and conditions become effective when they are posted online on the company's website (www.cgbump.whz.co.kr, hereinafter referred to as 'CGBUMP'), and if reasonable grounds arise, the company shall provide a guarantee that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations. We may change these terms and conditions within the scope.


③ The revised terms and conditions also become effective when they are posted online on CGBUMP. If the company changes the terms and conditions, it must announce them without delay, and if it revises important matters regarding members' rights or obligations, it must announce them in advance.


④ Agreeing to these terms and conditions means agreeing to regularly visit CGBUMP to check for changes to the terms and conditions. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by users not knowing the changed terms and conditions.


⑤ Members who do not agree to the Terms and Conditions may request withdrawal (cancellation), and if they continue to use the service without expressing their intention to refuse until 7 days after the effective date of the Terms and Conditions, they will be considered to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.





Article 5 [Terms and conditions and other rules]


① These terms and conditions apply together with the usage guide for individual services provided by the company (hereinafter referred to as service-specific guide).


② For matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, please follow the provisions of the “Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions”, “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.”, “Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.” and other related laws. Chapter 2 Membership Registration





Article 7 [Membership Registration]


① Anyone who wishes to sign up as a member and use the company's services must understand the terms and conditions, indicate agreement, and apply for membership by filling out the relevant information in the membership registration form provided by the company.
② In accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company considers all member information entered by members in the online membership application form to be actual data.
③ Members who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
④ In principle, the Company approves membership registration for users’ applications pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Article. However, the company may not approve applications that fall under any of the following items, and may cancel even after approval.


1. When approval is not possible due to reasons attributable to the user
2. If you do not use your real name
3. In case of stealing another person’s name or personal information
4. In case of providing false information
5. When using a duplicate ID
6. If relevant information is not entered in the membership application form provided by the company
7. If membership was previously lost due to violation of the company’s terms of use or relevant laws and regulations
8. In case of violation of other terms and conditions and related laws
9. If the personal information (ID, password, address, etc.) provided to the company in the membership application form violates good morals and other social order or insults others.



Article 8 [Provision and change of services]


① The company provides the following services to members.


1. Online education content service and customized service for members


2. All other services to be provided to members by the company itself or through cooperation agreements with other companies


② The company may provide changes to the service by notifying the content and provision date of the service to be changed through CGBUMP.





Article 9 [Protection and Use of Personal Information]


① The company protects and respects customers’ personal information.


② The company collects information about customers through information provided by customers when applying for use, information provided by customers to participate in various events, and information collected in the process of using other services, and the collected customer information is collected through this use. It is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and providing services under this service agreement.


③ The company cannot disclose the customer's personal information obtained in connection with the provision of services to a third party without the customer's consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases.


1. When necessary to settle fees for providing services


2. When it is necessary for statistical compilation, academic research, or market research and is provided in a form that does not identify a specific individual.


3. When there is a request from the relevant agency in accordance with the procedures and methods established for investigative purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.


4. When there are special provisions in other laws


5. When requested by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee in accordance with relevant laws and regulations


6. To provide more professional and diverse services to members


④ In order to provide members with the professional and diverse services specified in Paragraph 3, the Company may conduct TM on its own or may jointly provide services (sending advertising information such as TM, SMS, and e-mail) by partnering with an external professional business operator.


⑤ In the case of services that require professional knowledge, experience, and consultation, the service is provided jointly with an external professional business operator with the consent of the member, and the name, purpose of sharing, and shared information of the relevant professional business operator are specified.


⑥ When providing joint services with external professional businesses, the minimum information required for joint services, such as member's name and contact information, may be shared, and the shared information is strictly protected and managed as specified below.


1. The shared information will not be used for any purpose other than the relevant professional service.


2. During the service provision process, if the member does not express his/her intention to consent to the relevant professional service or expresses his/her intention to refuse it in advance, even the minimum amount of information will not be shared with the professional service provider.


⑦ The member’s consent to the use of personal information in Paragraph 4 may be replaced with consent to these Terms and Conditions.


⑧ Members may withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information provided to the company at any time if they wish, and withdrawal of the above consent is done by applying for cancellation.


⑨ For further details regarding personal information protection, please refer to the personal information handling policy.




Article 10 [Change of member information]

① Members can view and modify their personal information at any time on the “Edit Information” page of the company website.
② The company is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from the member’s failure to correct the changes in the preceding paragraph.




Article 11 [Obligation to manage member’s ‘ID’ and ‘password’]


① Members are responsible for managing their ID and password, and must not disclose it to others and allow third parties to use it. ② If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been leaked and are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the company. ③ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Company may request the Member to take necessary measures, such as changing the password, to protect the Member's personal information and prevent other illegal use of the service, and the Member must faithfully comply with the Company's request as soon as the Company requests it. ④ The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from a member’s failure to faithfully fulfill his or her obligations under Paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article.




Article 12 [Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualification, etc.]


① Members may stop using the service and withdraw at any time.
② If a member violates these terms and conditions or related laws, the company may restrict the use of the service or revoke membership.
③ Upon termination in accordance with this provision, the member's cyber money, points, and discount coupons will be forfeited before the end of the service agreement (membership withdrawal).
